Hotel Landscape Cleanup With Mulch and Fresh Plantings

Hotels get judged before a guest ever checks in. The parking lot, the entrance, the beds along the drive - guests notice all of it. When the landscape looks rough, it signals neglect. When it looks sharp, it sets a tone. That's exactly what we were going for here.

We handled a full landscape cleanup for this Hampton Inn property. That meant trimming existing bushes and trees, installing new shrubs, and laying down fresh mulch across multiple beds throughout the property - from the entrance sign area all the way through the parking lot islands and side beds along the drive lane.

The mulch installation made one of the biggest visual differences. Fresh dark mulch across wide, long beds pulls everything together. It makes the plantings pop, keeps the edges looking defined, and gives the whole property a clean, maintained look that holds up even on a gray day. We also added new bushes in the main roadside beds to fill in gaps and give the landscape a fuller, more intentional feel.

Bush trimming was part of the scope too. Entrance shrubs were shaped tight and clean - the kind of look that reads as "put together" the second you pull into the lot. That detail matters for a commercial property. It tells guests the place is being looked after.

This is the kind of work we do for commercial clients who care about how their property looks day to day. One cleanup can shift the entire feel of a property. It doesn't need to be complicated - it just needs to be done right.
